![]() ![]() She loved playing bridge, gardening and she particularly loved to travel, especially to France and the countryside in the U.K. In 1994 the couple settled in Salisbury, CT, where Patti opened The Earl Grey Bed and Breakfast and where they soon became very much a part of the community. They moved to Philadelphia where she founded and ran The Friends of the Free Library of Philadelphia. They met, fell in love and were married on June 19, 1971. While taking night classes at the University of Cincinnati, she worked as a secretary to the dean of the Art Academy of Cincinnati part of the Cincinnati Art Museum where Dick was curator. After attending local Roman Catholic schools, she moved to Cincinnati where she married her first husband the late Patrick McHugh. Patricia was born Main Covington, KY the daughter of Roderick Murray and Catherine Gilday. ![]() For 52 years “Patti" was the loving wife of Dick Boyle. Boyle, 92, of Salisbury Ct, died June 15, 2023. ![]()
